Every screen, by name.
For the person who has to check it covers the whole operation — usually the owner, sometimes the accountant. Every line below is a screen that exists today. Nothing here is coming soon.

Four things an accounting package cannot do.
The list above is screens. These are the four that only show up once a real business is running on it — and they are the reason the factory and the books are one system here rather than two.
Cost that follows the goods.
The supplier’s invoice arrives three weeks late and the price is not what you booked. Correct it, and the correction walks forward on its own — through the production run that consumed the material, across every transfer between stores, and into the cost of goods you have already sold. Nothing is restated by hand.
One product, two units.
Buy a material by the kilo and count what comes out in sacks. Tell it once how much goes in a sack, and the conversion holds everywhere after that: in stock, in what a unit cost you, and in every report.
Ask, instead of learning it.
“Who owes me money right now?” “Which product made the most last month?” It answers from your own records, shows the table it counted, and will open the right screen or fill in the form and leave you to press Save. It reads your figures and nothing else — not the internet, and not another company’s.
Your customer sees their own account.
Send one link over WhatsApp and your customer opens their statement, invoice or receipt on their phone. No account, no password, nothing to install — and they see their account with you and nothing more.
Ask is the one worth seeing rather than reading about. Watch it answer →
And the books your accountant already asks for.
Built from the invoices, payments, bills and stock movements already recorded — not typed up again at month end.
- Profit and loss, balance sheet, trial balance, a ledger for every account, VAT summary and aging
- Figures on the trial balance and the balance sheet open into the account ledger behind them, and a product’s profit opens into the transactions that made it
- If the trial balance or the balance sheet does not balance, the report says so across its face rather than showing you a figure that cannot be true
- Customers, suppliers, products and the balances they start with come in from a spreadsheet — and the whole import undoes in one action if it goes wrong

Then check the figures against whatever you are using today. That is the only test that settles it.
