Or something built for you.

Records ERP is one answer to a shape of business we know well. If yours works differently enough that it does not fit, we build systems to order — this one started that way, on a factory floor.

Tell us what you need and we will tell you whether we are the right people to build it.

Questions about the money.

Is that per user?
No. It is per business, and it does not matter how many people use it. Most systems in this market charge per user, which quietly punishes exactly the thing you want to do — putting your sales reps on phones. Add fifteen of them and the price does not move, whichever way you pay.
What happens after the 30 days?
If it is working, you choose how to pay: monthly, yearly or once. If it is not, you download everything and go — every customer, product, invoice, payment, supplier and bill comes out as a spreadsheet, from inside the system, without asking anybody. We would rather you left with your records than stayed because you could not.
Is setup really free?
Yes, and it is the part worth reading twice. In this market setup is usually a separate line, and it is often larger than the first year of software. We bring your customers, suppliers, products and opening balances across from a spreadsheet and sit with you while you check them, and it costs nothing.
Is there a contract?
No lock-in and no minimum term. Monthly, you pay for the month you are in; yearly, for the year. The only thing that would keep you is that it works.
What does paying once get me?
Records ERP for as long as your business uses it, with the first year of support included. From the second year, Ksh 35,000 a year keeps it running on our servers, backed up, updated and supported. It is the arrangement many businesses already know from desktop accounting software: pay for it once, then a small yearly fee.
What if I stop paying the yearly Ksh 35,000?
Your records stay yours. You can still open everything and download it all as a spreadsheet; you just cannot add new entries until you renew. Nothing is deleted and nothing is held back.
Can it run on our own computer or server?
No. Records ERP runs on our servers, and you open it in a browser or as an app on a phone or laptop. That is deliberate: we look after the server, the backups and the updates, so nobody in your office has to, and it opens just as well for a rep on the road as for the office. The honest half is that it needs an internet connection; a phone's bundle is enough.
Will the price go up?
It may, for businesses that join later. Not for you: the price you start on, whichever way you pay, is the price you keep for as long as you stay.
Is there a bigger plan?
No. Every way of paying gets the whole product, whether you have one store or a factory and four depots, two users or forty. If you run several separate companies each with its own books, that is simply one each — there is no group tier, because there is nothing different we would be giving you.
What if Records ERP is not quite what I need?
Then say so, and we will tell you honestly whether to buy it. Much of what people first ask for — an extra detail on each customer, a report grouped their way — they can already add themselves, in Settings and the Report Builder. If your business works differently enough that it does not fit, we also build systems to order — this one started that way, on a factory floor. That is separate work, quoted separately, and not a plan on this page.
Can you add a feature we need?
Tell us. If it would help other businesses like yours, we usually build it into Records ERP for everyone, at no charge — that is how much of what is in it got there. If it is only for your business, we will say so, and quote it separately.
