- Ask — questions in plain words
- Type “who owes me money right now?” and get the answer, the table it counted, and a way to open the screen behind it. It reads only your own records.
- Customer statements over WhatsApp
- One link that opens a customer’s own statement, invoice or receipt on their phone. No account, no password.
- Supplier payments and part-paid bills
- A real ledger for what you owe: settle one bill or several with a single payment, and watch the remainder age.
- Purchase drafts
- Save a purchase before the goods arrive and confirm it when they do. Nothing moves in stock until you confirm.
- Stock valued the way the reports value it
- Every store priced at its own cost, then added up. A negative count is worth nothing, never minus something.
- Cost that follows the goods
- Correct a raw-material price and the production run, the transfers and the cost of goods already sold are re-costed behind it.

- KRA eTIMS integration
- So the invoice you raise here is the invoice KRA sees, without anybody typing it twice. Your accountant still files; the figures arrive already agreeing.
- M-Pesa integration
- Payments matched to invoices as they land, instead of being read off a phone and typed in. The same for the till number.
Both of these reach into somebody else’s system — KRA’s and Safaricom’s — so they arrive when they work properly, not when a date says so.
